It is possible that you might be able to find a hosting provider that has one on one support for their Managed WordPress hosting plans, but that is the exception and not the norm.

There are other good use-cases as well. For example, lots of WordPress users are entrepreneurs with limited or valuable time constraints, and they might prefer to use Managed Hosting as an affordable alternative to hiring a web developer. Others prefer the relative safety of a Managed Hosting environment, where the host provides automatic backups and high levels of customer support in case anything goes wrong.
